Howard R. Marek, partner, has practiced law since 1981 and is Board Certified in Commercial, Residential, Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law. In addition to real estate, his practice concentrates on oil and gas, business and commercial law. Howard graduated as class salutatorian from Calhoun High School in Port Lavaca, summa cum laude from Texas A&M University, and from the University of Texas School of Law with honors. He was on the Texas Law Review while at the University of Texas. He is a member of the Victoria Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Bank Counsel, State Bar of Texas, Victoria County Bar Association, and the Victoria Builders Association. Howard is also a member of the Victoria Lions Club and is on the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army, and the Board of Trustees for the First United Methodist Church. |
